About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to handle online marketing activities, contact clients/customers, and support brand-building efforts. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content for posts, stories, reels, and paid ads.
• Perform SEO activities (keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization).
• Monitor website/social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Run and track paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (optional).
• Contact clients and customers for marketing promotions, feedback, and campaign follow-ups.
• Maintain client/customer interaction records and build strong relationships.
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and new tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree (Freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, SEM).
• Good communication skills for client and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of social media platforms & content creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager is an advantage.
• Basic website handling knowledge (WordPress) is a plus.
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Internship or project experience in digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media pages.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
