Director Of Sales

Role: Sales Team Leader​We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide our sales squad to victory. You aren’t just a manager; you’re a coach, a strategist, and a closer. Your mission is to mentor a team of sales professionals, optimize their performance, and consistently smash monthly and quarterly targets.

• ​Key Responsibilities​Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
• ​Performance Coaching: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, shadow calls, and provide actionable feedback to sharpen the team's selling skills.
• ​Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• ​Pipeline Management: Monitor CRM activity to ensure a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
• ​Lead by Example: Jump into the trenches when needed to help close complex deals or handle high-level negotiations.
• ​What You Bring to the Table​Experience: 3+ years in a high-volume sales environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• ​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills—you know how to tell a story that sells.
• ​Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable with data and use it to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
