A Hotel Portico Driver's job description

Typically involves transporting guests and their luggage between the hotel entrance and various locations, including parking areas and other hotel facilities. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, ensuring vehicle safety, and potentially assisting with other logistical tasks around the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Transportation: Drive guests to and from their vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, loading and unloading it from vehicles.
• Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting, address guest inquiries, and offer information about hotel services and amenities.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Logistics: Assist with other logistical tasks as needed, such as making deliveries or managing small items.
• Safety: Adhere to traffic regulations and prioritize the safety of guests and the vehicle.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips and any incidents that occur.
