Job Description
- Electrical Maintenance Assist in maintenance of CNC machines, VMC machines, and conventional machines.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Check electrical panels, wiring, and control circuits of machines.
- 2. Troubleshooting Identify and assist in troubleshooting electrical faults in machines.
- Help diagnose issues in motors, drives, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Assist senior engineers in resolving machine breakdowns quickly.
- 3. Installation & Commissioning Assist in installation of new machines and electrical equipment.
- Support wiring, cable routing, and panel connections.
- Help in testing and commissioning of machines.
- 4. Preventive Maintenance Follow scheduled maintenance plans for electrical equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation and maintenance logs.
- Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of electrical parts.
- 5. Safety Compliance Follow electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Use proper PPE while working on electrical systems.
- Ensure machines operate safely without electrical hazards.
- 6. Documentation Maintain electrical drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.
- Prepare reports on machine faults and repairs.
- Update maintenance checklists and inspection reports.
