Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling vision for enterprise architecture, developing a target state, and creating a transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the enterprise, ensuring that architectural decisions support business needs and drive innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in enterprise architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies. - Ability to design scalable and resilient systems. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
