Summary: Deliver hands-on AI/ML solutions for process and discrete manufacturing plants. Roles & Responsibilities: • Build predictive models for yield, throughput, maintenance. • Deploy CV solutions for shop-floor safety (PPE, forklift, defect detection). • Enable edge AI models for real-time analytics. • Integrate ML pipelines with MES/SCADA. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: • Build ML models for yield/throughput forecasting. • Deploy CV models for safety (PPE, forklift, defect detection). • Implement anomaly detection on PLC/SCADA data. • Package and deploy edge ML solutions. • ML/AI coding & deployment. • Edge ML familiarity. Good to Have Skills: • Manufacturing domain knowledge. • Hands-on with MES/SCADA systems. • CPG, pharma, automotive manufacturing exposure. • OT sensor data understanding. Additional Info: • Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience. • A BTech/BE is required. • Hands-on problem solver. • Focused on plant efficiency outcomes.
