Job Title: Pre-Sales cum Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO


Location: SoCo Corporate Office, Coimbatore


Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Salary: Rs 25,000/- – Rs 30,000/- per month


Experience: 5 to 10 years


Gender Preference: Female

We are now looking for a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales cum Executive Assistant who will work closely with the CEO to drive business growth and ensure smooth daily operations across teams.



Role Overview


This is a dual-function role combining Pre-Sales Responsibilities and Executive Assistance.

You will act as an extension of the CEO, managing pre-sales activities, coordination, and team accountability.



Key Responsibilities


Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads from schools, institutions, and organizations for uniform and accessory supply.

• Reach out to decision-makers (principals, management, purchase heads) and schedule appointments for meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of product samples and catalogs.

• Maintain a database of leads, track progress, and ensure follow-ups are completed.


Executive Assistant Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to monitor ongoing projects, team deliverables, and timelines.

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.

• Follow up with team members on key action items and deadlines.

• Handle daily coordination, reporting, and ensure work continuity in the CEO’s absence.

• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining task trackers.

• Assist in strategic initiatives and operational improvements across departments.



Requirements

• Female candidate with 5–10 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Pre-Sales, Operations, or Executive Assistance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Confident, proactive, and reliable with a high sense of ownership.
