Job Description

  • Medical Camp Planning & ExecutionPlan and organize fertility awareness camps, general medical camps, and outreach programs.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab staff, and counsellors for camp execution.
  • Identify suitable locations such as hospitals, clinics, companies, factories, schools, colleges, apartments, and rural areas.
  • Ensure all camp materials (banners, standees, pamphlets, registration forms, kits) are arranged on time.
  • 2. Coordination & LiaisonLiaise with local doctors, hospitals, NGOs, corporates, and community leaders for camp tie-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for doctor availability, logistics, and approvals.
  • Maintain good relationships with referral partners and camp organizers.
  • 3. Patient Interaction & Counselling SupportRegister patients during camps and explain basic fertility services offered by the IVF centre.
  • Guide patients to counsellors/doctors for further consultation.
  • Address patient queries politely and professionally.
  • 4. Lead Generation & Conversion SupportGenerate quality patient leads through camps and outreach activities.
  • Follow up on camp leads in coordination with counsellors and marketing team.
  • Support conversion of camp leads into OPD visits and treatments.
  • 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of camp details, attendance, and leads generated.
  • Submit daily/weekly camp reports to the marketing team.
  • Track performance metrics such as number of camps, leads, OPD conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • 6. Branding & Awareness ActivitiesPromote fertility awareness and IVF services ethically and sensitively.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed during all outreach activities.
  • Support promotional activities, road shows, and health awareness programs.
