SoCo Products Private Limited is a fast-growing Uniform & Workwear brand serving Schools, Corporates, Hospitals and Institutions. We are building a design-first, process-driven organization where uniforms are not just stitched—but thoughtfully designed, branded and experienced.

This role is for a hands-on designer who enjoys working on real products, real clients and real brands—not just social media creatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can own the visual and design language of SoCo’s uniforms and brand collaterals across multiple verticals.

You will work closely with the Founder, Sales and Operations teams to convert ideas into classy, functional and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities / KPIs

1. Uniform Mock-ups & Presentations

• Create professional mock-up presentations for:

• School Regular Uniforms

• School House Uniforms

• Corporate & Institutional Uniforms

• Ensure designs are:

• Unique, elegant and practical

• Aligned with client branding and usage

• Presentation-ready for client pitching

2. Tech Packs & Production Designs

• Prepare detailed Tech Packs for:

• Uniforms

• Merchandise & accessories

• Share clear specifications with:

• Clients

• Vendors

• Internal production teams

• Ensure accuracy in measurements, colours, trims and fabric usage.

3. Marketing & Brand Collaterals

• Design marketing creatives for various SoCo verticals:

• School Uniforms

• Workwear & Corporate Uniforms

• Institutional & Hospital segments

• Create brochures, posters, pitch decks and sales support material.

4. Social Media Design Management

• Design and manage social media creatives for SoCo:

• Product highlights

• Brand communication

• Campaign-based creatives

• Maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Figma (any relevant tools)

• Strong sense of:

• Colour

• Typography

• Fabric & uniform aesthetics

• Ability to convert ideas into production-friendly designs

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, uniform or merchandising design is a plus

• Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome
