Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Conduct daily on-site visits to delinquent customers at residential or business locations to secure payments.
• Negotiation: Discuss overdue balances and negotiate feasible repayment schedules or settlements within company guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of every visit, customer interaction, and payment commitment in the company CRM or mobile app.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to ethical collection practices and legal regulations (such as RBI guidelines for banking).
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily status reports to management regarding recovery progress and high-risk accounts.
