Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Field Work & Client Engagement: Comfortably conducting extensive fieldwork, meeting potential clients, and showing them properties.

Communication & Sales: Using strong communication and convincing skills to explain property features, benefits, and investment potential to clients.

Lead Management: Following up on sales leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining a consistent client pipeline.

Documentation: Assisting clients with necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Market Knowledge: Staying updated on the local real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing.
