Job Description


Role Context


●       Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and customers by answering all queries.

●       Should be a Salesman/ Saleswoman anywhere and everywhere.

●       The ideal Brand Champion should have interest in retail sales and Knowledge on Sales, customer engagement, OLA Electric & its product portfolio along with the

●       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners.

●       Execute retail marketing initiatives.

●       Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and identify opportunities to increase sales.

●       Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies.


Responsibilities


●       The Brand Champion is responsible for driving sales of SBI Credit Cards products through Experience Centers.

●       Prospecting and Lead Generation: You will be responsible for finding potential customers and creating a pipeline of leads. This may involve cold calling, networking or using digital marketing techniques.

●       Negotiations: You will be responsible for negotiating prices and terms with customers to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

●       Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers is a critical part of being a Brand Champion. The woman will need to be able to communicate effectively with retail partners & customers to ensure the successful execution of sales plans.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements


●       Any Graduate

●       Someone who has strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a competitive spirit

●     Someone who is willing to fill in this fast-paced, high-volume position and put in long

work hours including weekends and some holidays.

●       Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

●       Willingness to travel on field extensively within the assigned region revenue drivers

●       Interpersonal communication and team management
