Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, site visits, and networking.

• Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and suggest suitable property options.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits to potential buyers.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits for clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up regularly with clients to close sales.
• Maintain records of inquiries, meetings, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the telecaller and marketing team for lead conversion.
• Stay updated about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Requirements:Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant property solutions.
• Basic system knowledge is required.
• Must be target-oriented and proactive in generating sales.

Educational Qualification: Any degree

Age: Below 45 years

Salary Package:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
