Ø Engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, construction companies

Ø Retail cement shops, Electrical & Hardware stores, sand offices

Ø Paver Blocks, Hollow Blocks, Pipe company

Market - Coimbatore (Primary), Ooty, Pollachi, Tiruppur

Job Responsibility

· Business Development - Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory and expand the market

· Customer Acquisition - Meet the target customers to explain the products and generate orders

· Market Intelligence - Conduct market surveys to estimate market size, identify new projects and business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities and new product rates.

· Promotional Activities: Plan and conduct engineers and mason meet to increase product awareness with the company support

· Customer Service & Support: Develop customer satisfaction by resolving grievances timely and coordinating with technical officers for site visits and support.

· Sales: Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory

· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, arrange logistics to deliver cement to customers, send invoice and payment collection

Reporting Time

Morning: Have to be in the market at 9 am sharp and must mark the attendance

Evening: Can close the market by 5.30 pm and report in the office
