Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Food BusinessLocation : Coimbatore Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Company VS Cafe is a growing food brand specializing in [e.g., ready-to-eat chapathis, biriyani supplies, or other food products]. We supply high-quality food items to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and distributors. We are expanding our network and looking for energetic field sales professionals to drive growth and customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit restaurants, hotels, and catering units on a daily basis to take product orders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped markets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service.
• Promote new products and offers to clients regularly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure regular order flow.
• Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams to ensure timely supply and payment collection.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
• Maintain detailed daily reports on visits, leads, and sales performance.
• Represent the brand professionally and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the food or FMCG industry).
• Bike and valid driving license – Mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and supply chain preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹[Range – e.g., 15,000 to 25,000/month]
