Job Summary We are looking for energetic, target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers on the field, demonstrating products, closing sales, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities :Visit potential customers in Coimbatore and nearby areas (homes, offices, factories, apartments, hotels, hospitals, schools, etc.)
• Conduct on-site water quality checks and demonstrate RO systems & other water treatment products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water purification/treatment solutions
• Generate new leads through cold calling, area mapping, references, and local marketing activities
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets (both in volume and value)
• Collect payments and coordinate with the service/installation team
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer database, and follow-up records
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/reference business
• Participate in exhibitions, canopy activities, and local promotional events
• Required Skills & QualificationsAny Graduate / Diploma (preferred streams: Marketing, Business Administration, Science)
• 1–5 years of field sales experience (experience in RO water purifiers, home appliances, solar products, insurance, real estate, or direct sales will be an advantage)
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets

Salary Range₹17,500 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed) + Unlimited Incentives

(Top performers earn ₹50,000–₹80,000+ per month)
