Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a result-oriented After Sales Executive responsible for driving AMC, spare parts revenue, and service sales through regular and hardcore field visits (Customer visit).

The role includes pipeline creation, order booking, and execution, ensuring revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate revenue through AMC and spare parts sales.

- Conduct regular field visits.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

- Identify customer needs and convert leads into business by visiting customers

- Handle sales order (SO) discussion, negotiation, and closure.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain MOM, reports and follow-up tracking.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

- Gather market intelligence and local/competitor insights.
