Job Title: Sales Executive – UPS, Battery & Solar Solutions


Location:Tamil Nadu / Assigned Territory


Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell UPS systems, inverter batteries, and solar power solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing dealer and customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customers for UPS, inverter batteries, solar panels, and related power solutions
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, dealer networks, and referrals
  • Promote products to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, installers, and EPC partners
  • Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and collection targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits
  • Coordinate with the service and technical teams for installations and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and dealer meets
  • Products Handled:Online & Offline UPS Systems
  • Inverter & Industrial Batteries (Lithium)
  • Solar Panels, Inverters, and Rooftop Solar Systems
  • Power Backup & Energy Storage Solutions
  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in UPS, battery, solar, electrical, or power equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of power backup and renewable energy solutions
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Knowledge of rooftop solar subsidy schemes and net metering
  • Dealer and channel sales experience
  • Basic technical knowledge of electrical systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
