Position Overview
The Field Sales / Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales of HP products within the assigned territory, establishing and nurturing relationships with key business customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. This position requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement a strategy to achieve sales targets for HP products, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Market Research & Targeting: Identify new business opportunities within assigned geographical areas. Continuously research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, resellers, corporate clients, and new customers.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads and convert prospects into active customers. Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of HP products and how they meet the client’s needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance through CRM tools.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Loop: Provide market insights, customer feedback, and product suggestions to help enhance HP’s offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HP’s product portfolio and how they benefit businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with customers.
