Job SummaryWe are hiring skilled and customer-friendly Field Service Technicians who can independently handle installation, service, repair, and maintenance of all types of water purifiers and water treatment systems at customer locations (homes, factories, hospitals, hotels, apartments, etc.).

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer sites as per daily schedule (20–30 calls per day)
• Install new domestic & industrial RO systems, softeners, UV, UF, etc.
• Attend breakdown complaints and repair RO systems on the same day
• Perform routine service & AMC visits (filter change, membrane cleaning, etc.)
• Diagnose faults in electrical, electronic, and mechanical parts of RO plants
• Replace spare parts and collect payment/service charges from customers
• Explain proper usage & maintenance tips to customers
• Achieve daily productivity & collection targets
• Update service reports in mobile app / WhatsApp group instantly
• Coordinate with sales team for new installations and upgradation leads
• Maintain stock of commonly used spares in bike bag
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Fitter / Refrigeration & AC
• 1–6 years hands-on experience in RO water purifier service OR home appliances (AC, fridge, washing machine) service
• Must know how to read basic electrical circuits and use multimeter
• Strong knowledge of RO system working, membrane, pumps, SMPS, solenoids, filters, etc.
• Ability to repair & service all major brands (Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, etc.) is a big plus
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Good communication in Tamil (English & Hindi is an advantage)
• Polite behavior & customer handling skills
• What We OfferFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
• Daily Incentive up to ₹300–₹600 (on productivity & collection)
