Fitter Cum Assembly Technician

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Fitter and Assembly Technicians to join our production team. The role involves assembling, fitting, and maintaining equipment used in the production of gas and related products. Candidates should have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, equipment fitting, and industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical and electrical components in production systems.

Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and functioning of equipment.

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery.

Work closely with engineers and supervisors to meet production targets.

Maintain safety standards and follow operational protocols.

Prepare and update assembly records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Candidate Profile

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines.

2–5 years of experience in fitting, assembly, or maintenance roles in manufacturing industries.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and assembly processes.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
