Job Description

We are looking for a mature, hands-on Restaurant Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead operations and front-of-house at Trevizo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and discipline FOH team
  • Maintain service, grooming, and hospitality standards
  • Coordinate closely with Head Chef & owners
  • Inventory control, vendor coordination & basic reporting
  • Handle guest feedback and escalations professionally

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in a reputed restaurant / hotel
  • Strong leadership with hands-on attitude (not desk-only)
  • Calm, firm, and process-driven
  • Prior experience in fine-dining or premium casual preferred
