Job Description
We are looking for a mature, hands-on Restaurant Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead operations and front-of-house at Trevizo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and discipline FOH team
- Maintain service, grooming, and hospitality standards
- Coordinate closely with Head Chef & owners
- Inventory control, vendor coordination & basic reporting
- Handle guest feedback and escalations professionally
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in a reputed restaurant / hotel
- Strong leadership with hands-on attitude (not desk-only)
- Calm, firm, and process-driven
- Prior experience in fine-dining or premium casual preferred
