Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, handle appointments, and coordinate site visit schedules.
  • Update enquiry logs, CRM entries, and support customer follow-ups.
  • Assist sales, CRM, and admin teams with documentation, filing, and daily coordination.
  • Maintain front office ambience, meeting room readiness, and handle couriers/admin supplies.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience across reception and front desk operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer handling ability.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email); CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
