Job Description
The Gold Loan Executive is responsible for sourcing gold loan customers, evaluating gold ornaments, processing loan applications, and ensuring smooth disbursement and recovery of gold loans in line with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities:Source and generate gold loan business through walk-ins and field activities
- Verify customer KYC documents and complete documentation
- Assess purity and weight of gold ornaments as per guidelines
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, tenure, and charges to customers
- Process gold loan applications and ensure timely disbursement
- Maintain proper records and custody of pledged gold
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
- Follow up for interest payments, renewals, and loan closures
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve assigned business and recovery targets
