Role Overview

Unidhan IMF is looking for ambitious, high-energy Management Trainees to join our dynamic sales team. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world financial consulting. Over the course of two months, you will be immersed in the world of financial products, wealth management, and professional sales techniques.

This is a "performance-linked" training program where your learning is matched by hands-on execution. Upon successful completion, top-performing candidates will be offered a permanent position as a Business Development Executive (BDE) within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Product Mastery: Undergo intensive training on various financial products (Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other investment vehicles).

Sales Training Tasks: Participate in daily sales drills, including lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management.

Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify potential client segments.

Client Acquisition: Assist the senior sales team in pitching financial solutions and closing deals.

Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, prospect feedback, and conversion metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Open to Freshers and Final-Year Students from Management, Commerce, Arts, and Science backgrounds.

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A keen interest in Finance and Sales.

Highly motivated with a "hunger to learn" attitude.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).

Stipend & Benefits

Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Subject to Terms & Conditions and performance-based milestones).

Certification: Receive a professional Training Completion Certificate from Unidhan IMF.
