Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for villa / apartment projects
- Design posters
- Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
- Manage company website, landing pages, and SEO activities
- Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Coordinate with creative team for posters, videos, and campaign content
- Track campaign performance and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Manage CRM integration and lead follow-up coordination with sales team
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
