Cinema Guest Service Provider – Roles & Responsibilities

The Guest Service Provider is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all cinema guests and ensuring a pleasant movie-going experience. This role includes welcoming guests, assisting with ticketing and seating, guiding them to the correct screens, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns politely and promptly. The employee is expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobby areas, auditoriums, and restrooms as per standards. Handling food and beverage counters, upselling combo offers, managing cash/card transactions, and following safety and security procedures are also part of the role. The Guest Service Provider must coordinate with team members during peak hours, support crowd management, comply with company policies, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
