Hair Stylist

Job Summary:

We are a premium luxury salon seeking a skilled and well-groomed female Hair Stylist / Beautician who is passionate about beauty, client service, and modern salon techniques. The ideal candidate should deliver high-quality services while maintaining exceptional hygiene, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Services:

• Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments
• Hair coloring, highlights, botox, smoothening, keratin, and spa treatments
• Hair consultation based on face shape, hair type, and client preference

Beauty Services (if Beautician role):

• Facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and basic skincare treatments
• Manicure, pedicure
• Makeup application (party, bridal, or light makeup – if skilled)

Client Care:

• Provide personalized consultations and beauty advice
• Ensure a premium client experience from start to finish
• Upsell salon services and products professionally

Salon Standards:

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization standards
• Follow salon SOPs and premium service protocols

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Beautician (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
• Certification or diploma in Hair / Beauty is an advantage
• Knowledge of latest trends, products, and techniques
• Excellent grooming, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Passion for beauty, learning, and premium service delivery
