About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and performance-driven leader to head our Placement & Corporate Relations function. This role goes beyond coordination — it requires ownership of placement strategy, industry partnerships, and student career success outcomes.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between industry and talent, driving large-scale hiring partnerships, building a strong employer brand for the academy, and ensuring consistent, high-quality placement results.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with industry demand and organizational growth goals.
• Set placement targets, KPIs, and success metrics for students across all domains.
• Build scalable systems for placements, internships, and career progression tracking.
• Corporate Relations & Business DevelopmentDevelop and lead high-value partnerships with corporates, startups, and MNCs.
• Expand the academy’s employer network across IT, analytics, digital marketing, and design sectors.
• Position the academy as a preferred hiring partner for companies.
• Placement Execution & DeliveryOversee and ensure consistent placement outcomes for all eligible students.
• Lead campus drives, hiring events, and industry engagement initiatives at scale.
• Ensure quality placements, not just quantity (role relevance, salary benchmarks, growth potential).
• Student Career DevelopmentBuild structured programs for resume building, mock interviews, and career readiness.
• Ensure students meet industry standards through continuous feedback loops with trainers.
• Mentor students on career paths and professional growth.
• Team Leadership & OperationsLead, train, and manage the placement and career services team.
• Establish clear processes for tracking placements, employer feedback, and performance analytics.
• Drive accountability and performance culture within the team.
• Data & Performance ManagementMonitor placement data, conversion rates, and hiring trends.
• Generate insights and reports for leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations.
• Strong and proven corporate network in IT, digital, analytics, or creative industries.
• Demonstrated ability to drive targets, build teams, and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
