Housekeeping Executive / Attendant

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations.
• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, courier tasks, and basic clerical work.
• Pick up and deliver files/documents within the office.
• Support meeting arrangements (setup, refreshments, water).
• Do light cleaning such as wiping office tables, desks, and common areas
• Manage basic errands inside and outside the office.
• Maintain office supplies (stationery, water cans, cleaning items).
• Travel to other branches when required.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues (lights, leaks, equipment).

🔹 Required Skills

• Basic communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Punctual, honest, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Good hygiene and grooming.
• Willing to handle office work + light cleaning tasks.
• Flexible to travel between branches when needed.

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred.
