Job Description

Post: HR & Admin Officer for a Manufacturing co at Coimbatore


Location: Narasimmanaickanpalayam,Coimbatore 


- Should handle statutory compliance PF, ESI etc and liaise with advocates, register office for land/ property related matters.


- Coordinate with revenue dept for patta changes for commercial and residential properties

- Manage rental agreements, renewal, rent collection, and receipts

- Should have experience in Textiles and manufacturing company

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations


Requirements:

Minimum 7 years Experience in HR & Admin in Textiles/Manufacturing.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and documentation

Experience in liaison with government offices (Revenue dept/Thasildar, sub Register office)

Strong communication skills.

2 wheeler with valid license must. 


Qualification: MBA HR


CTC: Minimum 30 K PM to Maximum 40 KPM.


Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
