Experience min 1 Year in Healthcare field

On-Boarding & Orientation:

• Manage new joining formalities, including ESIC, PF and Gratuity.
• Maintain personnel files, update electronic records, and coordinate bank account openings.
• Handle employee onboarding, ID card issuance, workstation setup, uniform distribution, and background verifications.

HRIS Management:

• Update and maintain the employee master excel sheet.
• Create IDs for new employees and update data in CRM.

Contract Management:

• Manage home care and facility vendor relationships.

HR Operations:

• Provide employee counseling.
• Manage credentials of CT staff, ensure efficient employee utilization, and handle caretakers' grievances.
• Monitor daily attendance, conduct surprise visits, oversee center staff utilization, and address shortfalls.
• Manage caretaker leaves and arrange reliever staff for centers.

Employee Engagement:

• Implement rewards and recognition programs.
• Organize and oversee engagement activities, including games, events, birthday celebrations, and cultural activities.
• Coordinate with internal committees for effective management.

Time and Attendance Management:

• Manage employee leave, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Ensure their attendance is captured on a daily basis

Employee Exit Formality:

• Manage resignations, and exit formalities, and issue relieving and experience letters.
