Job Description
Nexus Automotive Service Solutions, a leading company in the automobile industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities – HR Executive Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labor laws)
- Implement HR policies and code of conduct
- Manage performance appraisals and increments
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
- Support management in manpower planning
- Handle employee exits, resignations, and full & final settlements
