Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and regularization processes.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction.
- Manage employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, ESI, PF, and labour laws.
- Prepare and share HR reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Handle employee grievances and support queries.
- Maintain HR trackers (recruitment, attendance, performance).
- Support performance management (KRA & KPI tracking).
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlement.
- Ensure timely creation of employee ID and assets allocation.
- Support management in HR planning and decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with MS Excel and HR tools
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
