• Lead recruitment and interview process
• Supervise HR team and maintain employee records
• Manage employee joining and exit formalities
• Handle staff issues and maintain discipline
• Oversee payroll coordination and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR policies

Qualification:

Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred

Experience:

3 – 7 years HR experience preferred

Skills Required:

Good communication, leadership skills, MS Office knowledge, HR management experience
