HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage employee lifecycle including joining formalities, induction, confirmation, and exit process.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

Drive employee engagement programs and performance appraisals.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain HR documentation.

Provide HR support to management for strategic decision-making.

Coordinate training & development activities and track employee performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRMS tools, and payroll process.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Skills

Experience in HR policy design or HR documentation.

Exposure to HR analytics or digital HR platforms.

Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.
