Salary : 20,000 - 35,000

The HR Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions for both internal staff and client accounts.

This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy.

The role requires strong consulting, communication, and people management skills to support diverse client needs and internal HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for clients and internal positions.
• Partner with client organizations to understand HR requirements and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activity.
• Maintain HR records and MIS reports for both internal and client projects.
• Implement HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and training programs.
• Advise clients on labour laws, HR policies, and workforce planning.
• Resolve employee grievances and ensure healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support business development with HR-related proposals and presentations.
• Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing client relationships in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software.
• Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent.3-5 years of HR experience (consultancy or service industry preferred).
