HR Recruiter

A Blue Collar Recruiter (Female) specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring manual laborers, technicians, and field staff for industries like construction, manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality. This role requires high-volume hiring capabilities, strong local networking, and the ability to manage on-ground recruitment drives

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & High-Volume Hiring: Proactively source candidates via field visits, local contacts, vendors, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and social media.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills (e.g., for electricians, plumbers, welders, operators) and behavioral fit.
• Manpower Mobilization: Coordinate with operations teams and project managers to meet urgent hiring deadlines and maintain a steady pipeline of workers.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Manage documentation, including verifying documents, arranging trade tests, and facilitating joining formalities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and local, state, or international regulations for workers.
• Report Generation: Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and daily lineup reports, including tracking dropouts

Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, or construction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (essential for field hiring).
