HR Recruiter

You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for the telecom sector, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across technical, operational, and commercial roles. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom operations and the ability to match skilled professionals with business needs, ensuring timely and quality hires that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Identify and attract candidates for telecom roles (RF engineers, network engineers, field technicians, sales, and customer support).
• Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.

Screening & Assessment

• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview & Selection Coordination

• Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, or practical evaluations where needed.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment analytics.

Employer Branding & Outreach

• Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the telecom sector.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical / Professional Skills:

• Familiarity with telecom roles, technologies, and industry requirements.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or Any degree
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience; telecom or technical hiring experience preferred.
