HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Manufacturing Sector)

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

Location: Thudiyalur

Employment Type: Full-time

• Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical, and staff-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with plant managers and department heads for manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Assist in joining formalities and documentation
• Support HR activities such as attendance, employee records, and onboarding
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Required Skills: Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Understanding of manufacturing roles (operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring
• Familiarity with job portals ( Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
