HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads

Source candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and local platforms

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds

Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ soft and hard skills
• Organisational and time-management abilities
