Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Executive


Job Summary:The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring KPIs and performance review systems.
  • Support managers in employee appraisal and feedback processes.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
  • Maintain employee training records and monitor skill development.

5. Payroll & HR Administration

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 1 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
