HRBP

Payoda is looking for a HRBP Partner to help support India team.

The HR Business Partner role in IT Services is a Mid-level position that combines strategic HR business partnering. The role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of the organization, while also managing day-to-day HR operations and processes. The HRBP works closely with the HR team, senior management, and employees to provide guidance, support, and solutions on a wide range of HR-related matters.

Industry: IT / ITES / Shared Services

Will be required to come to office all 5 Days

Qualification:

·      Master degree in Human Resources

·      8 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering and HR operations, preferably in the IT services / ITES / Shared Services industry.

·      Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

·      Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·      Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Good in Excel and experience in any HRMS Package will be an added advantage
