Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and conducting orientation for new hires.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and processing employee records.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Handling employee queries, resolving grievances, and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinating payroll, managing leave records, and administering employee benefits.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Safety & Health) and updating company policies.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisal processes and identifying training needs.
