Job Description
- HR RolesAct as a strategic partner between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain discipline, ethics, and professional conduct in the workplace.
- Support organizational growth through effective people management.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- HR ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management systems and support appraisals.
- Organize training, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure workplace safety, welfare measures, and statutory registers.
- Communicate HR policies clearly to all employees and ensure implementation.
- Support exit formalities including resignation, clearance, and relieving documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
