HVAC Supervisor

The HVAC Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role supervises HVAC technicians, ensures work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintains compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of HVAC technicians
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications
• Diagnose complex HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance to technicians
• Train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC staff performance
• Manage tools, equipment, spare parts, and inventory
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed
• Review work orders, maintenance logs, and service reports
• Support project planning, cost control, and timely completion of assignments
• Respond to emergency HVAC issues and ensure minimal downtime
