Summary: As an Infra Implementation Svcs Lead, you will lead the implementation of Infrastructure Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for managing the team, collaborating with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve making team decisions, engaging with various teams, and contributing to key decisions. You will also be expected to be an SME in ServiceNow IT Service Management and ensure the successful execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in ServiceNow IT Service Management - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation of Infrastructure Services projects - Leverage global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) - Ensure successful execution of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management - Experience with IT service management implementation - Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects - Experience in leading and managing teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
