Injection Molding Production Operator

Required Qualification

• ITI/ CIPET/ Diploma In Plastics Or Production

Required Experience:

2 - 8 years of relevant experience in the Plastic manufacturing field especially in injection moulding environment.

Proven experience in the setup, calibration, and operation of injection molding machines.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine performance.

Knowledge of material handling, including loading and unloading plastic granules.

Proficiency in the installation and removal of molds.

Ability to perform basic maintenance on molds and tooling.

Knowledge of quality control procedures specific to injection molding processes.

In-depth understanding of various plastic granules and their specific characteristics.

Knowledge of material handling, including loading and unloading plastic granules.

Ability to work independantly adhering to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

CIPET or Technical certification is preferrable
