Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid of showroom-based consulting and proactive field sales, specifically targeting the construction and architectural sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from technical consultation to final closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales through both walk-in customers in the showroom and outbound travel to meet architects, contractors, and individual homeowners.
  • Technical Consultation: Address basic technical queries regarding uPVC and Aluminium windows/doors, including specifications, durability, and installation requirements.
  • Lead Management: Take full ownership of leads, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial inquiry to final contract signing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system diligently to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Site Visits: Travel to construction sites to assess requirements, take basic measurements, and provide on-site solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma or Any Degree in any stream.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Construction Industry is essential. Specific experience in Windows and Doors (uPVC/Aluminium) or construction materials (Tiles, Glass, Plywood, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Versatile Sales Background: Experience in both Showroom Sales and Outside Travel/Field Sales.
  • Personality: Must be bold, confident, and proactive. We need a candidate who can take the lead in discussions and push for final closures.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to handle basic technical queries from customers and understand product specifications.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage leads and customer data.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in construction-related products.
  • Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
