Job Title: Inside Telesales Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1–4 years (B2B preferred)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Inside Sales Executive who understands that selling is not pitching products—it’s solving business problems.

This role involves:

  • Prospecting
  • Lead qualification
  • Client consultation
  • Proposal follow-ups
  • Closing coordination

You will handle mid-to-high ticket B2B sales cycles, working with corporate buyers, retail chains, brand heads, and business owners.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & ProspectingFollow up on inbound leads from digital marketing, exhibitions, WhatsApp, and referrals
  • Generate outbound leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, local business mapping, and referrals
  • Identify decision-makers (Owner, Admin Head, Marketing Head, Procurement)
  • 2. Requirement Understanding & ConsultationUnderstand customer objectives (branding, visibility, footfall, communication)
  • Recommend suitable LED video wall solutions (indoor/outdoor/custom)
  • Coordinate site visit requirements with technical team if needed
  • 3. Sales Process & Follow-upsPresent solutions confidently via call, WhatsApp, or meetings
  • Share quotations, brochures, and proposals professionally
  • Perform systematic follow-ups until closure
  • Handle objections related to pricing, installation, and service
  • 4. Closing & CoordinationMove leads through CRM stages (Bigin by Zoho)
  • Coordinate with accounts, operations, and installation teams post-confirmation
  • Ensure handover clarity after order confirmation
  • 5. CRM & ReportingMaintain 100% accurate CRM updates
  • Track lead status, follow-up dates, and conversion outcomes
  • Share weekly sales activity and pipeline updates
  • Skills & CompetenciesMandatoryStrong verbal communication (English + Tamil / Telugu / Kannada preferred)
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and corporate decision-makers
  • Follow-up discipline (this is non-negotiable)
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • PreferredExperience selling B2B services, infrastructure, AV, signage, or tech solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Bigin, LeadSquared, etc.)
  • Ability to understand technical products at a functional level
